CALL IN RESERVATION METHOD:

Individual Guest Reservations can be made by calling the hotel reservations directly at (605) 331-2040 + press 2. Pressing 2 is critical so that the guest is connected directly to the Hotel. The name of the block is EOHSJ Northern Lieutenancy 2021 Meeting.

Any guest utilizing this property must make a reservation no later than 7/30/2021 . This date will be referred to as the cut-off date. Thereafter, reservations will be taken on a space and rate availability basis and there is NO guarantee of the rate or a guest room after that.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:  Individual Guest Responsible for Charges  Each individual will be responsible for his or her or their own room, tax, and incidental expenses.  Guests are required to make their own reservation under the group block (known as EOHSJ Northern Lieutenancy 2021 Meeting) and provide a credit card at the time of booking.  o Upon check in, each Guest will be required to present either a credit card or full prepayment in cash. If paying cash, a $150.00 refundable deposit will be required in addition to full prepayment. Method of payment is the same whether booked directly or by the provided link.

GUESTROOM INCIDENTALS: Each guest is required to present a credit card or refundable $150.00 cash deposit at the time of check in as a deposit for any incidentals that may beincurred. The credit card will be authorized for the amount of the stay plus 25% at check in. This authorization will be immediately released upon guest check out.
