The Northern Lieutenancy consists of EOHSJ members for 8 of the upper Midwest states as depicted on the map below.
Membership of the Northern Lieutenancy as the 2025 Annual Report is 2,147.
Every 3rd weekend in September the Lieutenancy holds its annual meeting in one of the Lieutenancy cities. The responsibility to host is rotated between each of the states regardless of the number of diocese in the state.
